The Barrier-Free Counselling program has been designed by Minds Over Matter Mental Health Society in the hope of helping break down barriers that many Calgarians face in finding accessible and affordable mental health care in Calgary. 

This program will finance up to a maximum of 8 sessions with a licenced professional for individuals between 18 to 35 years of age living in Calgary who are in need of mental health support and cannot afford private therapy.
 
Please be advised the application process for this program requires proof of financial need (income threshold of $35000 and less).
